We respect your data. This privacy policy describes what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

When you use the SEOcope application, we collect two main types of data:

Profile Information: Your email address and public Google profile, necessary for creating and securing your account (via the automated Google OAuth login system).
SEO Performance Data: Through Google Search Console and Analytics, we retrieve metrics regarding impressions, clicks, keywords used by visitors, and average positioning on search routes.

2. Why Do We Need Google API Permissions?

The SEOcope application is designed to present you with detailed analysis reports and intelligible visualizations of web performance directly from your dashboard. Therefore:

Google Search Console API & Analytics API

We request access permissions (Read-Only scopes) solely to extract (read) and synchronize the parameters associated with your own websites. Without this API access, the application would not be able to offer visual reports or AI insights based on your keywords.

3. How We Use the Data

To generate insights: We analyze the aggregates using AI technologies to offer you personalized optimization recommendations.
Dashboard display: Visual presentation of daily evolution and traffic.
We do not share, sell, or rent the retrieved data (including Google Search Console data) to unaffiliated third parties, external entities for marketing purposes, or data brokers under any circumstances. The use of information respects the strict user security standards imposed by the Google API Services User Data Policy.

4. Data Security

Your access is 100% mediated through secure tokens provided by Google's OAuth service, and our database stores this Access Token in an encrypted format. Additionally, all retrieved data transits only through secure connections (HTTPS). We store this information on our servers, but we do not share it with anyone.

Furthermore, application access can be revoked at any time directly from your Google Security account (Third-party apps with account access).
