By creating an account and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Services Provided

SEOcope is an AI-powered SEO (Search Engine Optimization) analytics application. To function properly, the app connects to your Google Analytics and Google Search Console accounts with your explicit permission.

3. Data Access and Integration

• To provide reporting services, we require your read-only permission (via the Google OAuth authorization process) to access data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• We take responsibility for accessing only the data strictly necessary (keywords, SERP positions, click counts, and impressions) to generate your reports.
• Any information or action taken regarding your third-party platforms is the sole responsibility of you, the user.

4. User Obligations

As a user, you assume responsibility that you are the legitimate owner (or authorized viewer) of the web accounts you choose to sync with SEOcope.

5. Limitation of Liability

The SEOcope team cannot be held liable for any indirect damages, loss of profits, data, or issues that may arise from using our application, connectivity errors, or any discrepancies in reports (since AI interpretations are advisory and informational).

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.
